Residential Permits

We have developed a purpose-built online system for residents to manage their electronic parking permits, known as www.bookthebay.com

Through this online portal, you will be able to register and pay for your annual parking permit; as well as add, remove, or amend vehicles that are to be registered to your permit.

Each location has a unique site code to avoid requests for permits from unauthorised car park users. You will need to contact permit@parkingprotection.co.uk to obtain the code, verification checks will be carried out to confirm entitlement.  

Residents who have purchased a permit through BookTheBay will receive 3 automatic email notifications when the permit is due for renewal. The emails will be sent 1 month before the renewal date, 1 week before the renewal date and 1 day before the renewal date. Please ensure that you check your spam/junk folder to avoid this being missed.
